FPV Builds RC Product Warranty Policy
FPV Builds RC is dedicated to providing top-quality products and exceptional service to our customers in the radio control industry. We meticulously test every RC aircraft, boat, vehicle, and accessory before offering them for sale on our website. Despite our commitment to quality, we understand that defects or issues may arise occasionally. Therefore, we offer the following warranty policy for our products:

Product Warranty Coverage:
All products sold by FPV Builds RC are warranted by the respective manufacturers to be free from defects and fully functional for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase or delivery.
Warranty Exclusions:
Flown Aircraft: Our manufacturers do not offer warranty coverage for aircraft that have been flown. Customers are responsible for performing all necessary pre-flight checks before flying their aircraft for the first time.

Modified Products: Any modification to the product voids the warranty offered by the manufacturers. This includes but is not limited to painting, gluing, cutting, soldering, or modifying electrical connectors.

Fit and Finish Imperfections: Certain minor imperfections such as small paint imperfections, chipped decals, or minor surface irregularities are not covered by the warranty as they do not affect the performance of the model.

Clearance and Open Box Items: Clearance and "Open Box" merchandise are sold "AS IS" and are not covered by our warranty policy.

Warranty Claims Process:
If you encounter a product issue covered by warranty, you may be required to provide photo and/or video evidence of the issue. In some cases, you may need to return the product to FPV Builds RC for inspection before a warranty claim can be authorized.
Replacement Parts:
In the event of a defective part, FPV Builds RC will review and may provide the necessary part(s) to correct the issue and restore the model to working condition. However, we reserve the right to provide replacement parts rather than replacing the entire model.
Electronic Part Warranties:
Customer-installed electronic products are covered by the standard FPV Builds RC warranty. However, any damage to the model resulting from the failure of an electronic part is not covered under warranty.
Non-Transferable Warranty:
Our warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. If the original purchaser sells the item, the warranty does not transfer to the new buyer.
